- Tickets will be available at the Ticket Office for every Public Open Day.
- Tickets priced at £2 for children and £3 for adults, (Santa Special £8 which includes a train ride, a visit to Santa’s Grotto and a gift).
- Cash and Card accepted.

- On Public Open Days the first train departure is at 12pm with the last train departing at 4.45pm. On Santa Specials the first train departs at 11am with the last departure leaving at 3.45pm (all times subject to weather conditions).

- Our track is approximately 1/3 mile long and we have frequent ride days for the public on Saturdays and bank holidays throughout the summer.
